KIMEE cooperates closely with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the major medical organizations. KIMEE tries to converge the diverse opinions by participating relevant stakeholders in the executive committee and decision committee.

KIMEE, together with other accreditation agencies in the five other fields of health and medical service, formed 「Korean Federation of the Health and Medical Professions Evaluation」, and extended it to 「Korean Federation of Accreditation Agencies」 with three more agencies in the higher education. The Federation holds regular meetings to discuss subsequent actions and direction for future evaluation reviewing enactment and revision of related laws, exchanges opinions, and hosts joint events to promote its activities.
